Warranty terms

What the 5-year warranty covers, what is excluded and how to make a claim.

1. What the warranty covers

We provide a 5-year warranty on the paint and body work carried out — specifically on paint adhesion, colour stability of the repaired area, and on the repair being done to the agreed scope.

Scope and price are always confirmed in writing before work starts. The warranty covers what is stated in that scope.

2. What the warranty does not cover

New mechanical damage occurring after handover (stone chips, scratches, accidents), damage caused by improper care (brush car wash immediately after painting, aggressive chemicals), corrosion originating outside the repaired panel, and damage caused by another workshop working on the repaired area.

For parts supplied by the customer, the warranty covers our workmanship only, not the part itself.

3. Care after the repair

Fresh paint needs time to cure. You'll receive specific washing and care recommendations at handover; following them is a condition of the warranty.

4. How to make a claim

Call us on +420 777 759 607 or e-mail [email protected], describe what the claim concerns and attach photos. We'll arrange a time to inspect the car.

We handle claims within the statutory period. If the defect is acknowledged, we carry out the repair free of charge.

5. Documents

To use the warranty we need proof of the work carried out (invoice or job sheet) and the car for inspection.
