Can the panel be saved, or does it have to be replaced?
Where the metal allows, we straighten the panel — it costs less and leaves the factory paint alone. We only propose replacement where the metal is stretched or rusted through.
Do you also deal with corrosion spreading under the paint?
Yes. We establish the real extent, cut out or clean the affected area, treat it and repaint. Without that, rust comes straight back under the new paint.
Do you take cars that others have turned down?
Yes — that's routine for us. We'll say straight away whether we're confident with your car, and if not, we'll point you somewhere that is.
Will anyone be able to tell the car was damaged?
We check gaps and panel alignment and blend the paint so the transition can't be seen. The goal is a car where you can't find the repair.
Do you work with aluminium and composites?
Yes. These materials have their own straightening, bonding and painting procedures; otherwise you get cracking and poor paint adhesion.
Will the repair affect the manufacturer's warranty?
Paint and body warranties follow the manufacturer's terms. We document the work carried out and the materials used so you have evidence if it's ever questioned.
