At the scene
Photograph the damage to both cars, their positions and the documents. Fill in the accident report form; call the police if anyone is injured, the damage exceeds the statutory limit, third-party property is damaged, or you and the other driver disagree.

Report the claim
Report the damage to the insurer without undue delay — yours or the at-fault driver’s. You will get a claim number that follows the whole repair.

Bring the car to us
Or tell us where it stands — collection can be arranged in Zličín. We prepare photo documentation and a breakdown of work for the insurer.

Repair and handover
Once the scope is approved we repair the car and hand it back. Our warranty applies to paint and body repairs.
