We confirm the scope and the fixed price in writing before work starts. If hidden damage appears once the panel is opened, we discuss the next step with you first.
How long will the car be off the road?
We plan the steps so they follow on from each other without idle gaps. We give a realistic date after reviewing your photos and inspecting the car.
Can I communicate in Russian or English?
Yes. Our team speaks Czech, Russian and English.
How is the price set and when will I know it?
From photos we give a preliminary price before you even arrive. After inspecting the car we confirm the binding price and scope in writing — only then do we start work.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes, by arrangement. We can't warrant parts we didn't supply — the warranty then covers our workmanship only.
How long does a repair take and what does the warranty cover?
The timeline depends on the scope, parts availability and technical curing times. You get a specific plan upfront. We provide a 5-year warranty on our work, under the terms set out in our warranty conditions.
Do you take premium and complex cars?
Yes. We also handle repairs that are demanding in materials and technique and need an individual approach.
Do you handle insurance repairs?
Yes, we repair cars whose repair is covered by insurance. The claim is reported and handled with the insurer by the owner; we prepare the photo documentation and the breakdown of work you submit to the insurer.
What if more damage shows up under the paint?
We stop and contact you before doing anything else. You approve the next step and the price — we never carry on without agreement.
Do you take small jobs or only big repairs?
We take small jobs too — one scratch, one panel, one wheel. We don't make a repair conditional on ordering anything else.
The workshop is in Kladno, 15 minutes from Zličín metro. We can also collect the car at the Zličín handover point.
